The chicken quality

Sandwich in Subway is trendy, and every 60 seconds, 5300 sandwiches are sold worldwide with 138 lacs of different combinations within the ingredients provided in Subway. In a recent interview, the manager of Subway, remaining anonymous, answered the question very explicitly told to avoid teriyaki and Chipotle chicken.

When people questioned why he replied that their regular chicken of different sandwiches comes with two days of shelf life, and these two sandwiches raw material comes with four days of shelf life. Four days of storage into any meat is not fresh.

The raw chicken pack supplied at the outlets has a bad smell to it that is quite suspicious. It’s the description of that smell mentioning that the smell are not from preservatives when pack is opened but something else.

Adding sugar to fresh bread is no good

Frozen is already bad for health, and frozen is not something that should be consumed when it comes to bread, compared to freshly baked. Subway sandwiches’ raw materials are supplied directly from the manufactured house, and Subway outlets receive the frozen dough of the bread.

Not only preservatives like sugar are added, but at the same time, the bread has to be baked and caramelized, receiving the uniqueness of Subway, which is not fresh but delicious at the same time. The shipping of the frozen ingredient can take up to 4 to 6 days. Freshly baked bread with a frozen dough is not fresh.

Genetically modified food crops

The ingredients that the server chooses to mix with the sandwich, such as corn and lettuce, can be genetically modified. Still, genetically modified food cannot be a better option for preserves, making the food last longer.

The company doesn’t waste anything but use it in an average of 12 to 15 days of shelf life, which is disturbing. Russia, France, and the USA have banned genetically modified crops for this purpose as it is very close to illness and obesity. But talking about the other countries, it is still in practice in colossal amounts and mostly in all the subways.

Not so healthy salad

People going for salad as a healthy option may be trapped into the illusion that salad is fresh, healthy and of less calories. But it is not in the case of service as the imported vegetables might have many Adventures around rotating and going on for days from the farm and somewhat been damaged during the transportation.

Vegetables are very easy to distinguish between what is fresh and what is not. This particular situation is countered by the Subway adding high calories of Mayonnaise and other preservatives, so the less damaged vegetable is easily used without wasting it.

They try to cover up the freshness by adding more preservatives into the salad or adding many ingredients like Spice so that people can’t differentiate vegetables not being fresh which in actuality is not fresh.

Preparation with unhygienic Condition

Cutting boards and ingredient containers in the Subway are tested to be bacterial and induced with fungus in many places when hygiene is not maintained as it looks like in most of the Subway outlets. Kitchen can be disturbing inside obviously stating that the things happening here is not fresh ruining even the fresh materials.

Conclusion

People always like to find their comfort food among the popular restaurants tasting what is trending. No matter how you look at it, it becomes exceptionally joyful for one to go around fast food corners that are globally famous, tasting the food that gives you immense comfort. But deciding what is good for health and what is not should be noted because fast food is not something you should consume daily. It’s okay to have it as comfort food twice a month but not on a regular basis.
