To remove all of your Gmail messages, select the “Select all” option and then “Select all conversations.” To mass delete, a lot of emails, search for reading, unread, or originated by certain senders. If you make a mistake and accidentally delete an email, it can be recovered from the Trash folder within 30 days.

Open the folder from which you wish to remove all emails. Select “All” using the blank checkbox in the toolbar at the top and click OK when prompted by Gmail. All of your emails will be selected, so confirm your choice if necessary. To erase all e-mails at once, click on the garbage can symbol.

Open a new tab or window in your browser and log in to Gmail. Locate any message from the sender you want to remove and right-click on it. Select the “Finder emails from [sender name]” choice. All discovered communications should be selected. Select all of the selections, then click Delete.

To select everything on the current page, click the select-all checkbox (to the left of the Refresh button). To pick everything in the current label, click the link that appears to “select all conversations in.” Select Delete from the drop-down menu.
