Actor and funnyman Jack Black just announced that he will start his own YouTube channel devoted to gaming. This is in addition to all his acting gigs, including the highly anticipated Jumanji 3, which will land in theaters in 2019.

Jumanji 3 will follow up 2017’s successful Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle. In that film, Black stars with Dwayne Johnson, Karen Gillan and Kevin Hart as avatars for characters in a video game played by teens. Although no one has hinted at a plot for Jumanji 3 yet, Black recently spoke about his idea of setting the new film in space. The movie also has a release date in 2019, during the holiday season, which will put it in direct competition with Star Wars: Episode 9. Filming for Jumanji 3 will begin soon, meaning that Black will be pretty busy leading up to the movie’s premiere.

That hectic schedule, though, did not stop Black from announcing he has started a new YouTube channel, Jablinski Games. Black released a video to make the announcement, which included references to other gaming personalities, including Ninja and PewDiePie. The channel will feature “games, food, and life” and will feature Black’s son as the person behind the videos as the director and editor.

Black isn’t the first celebrity to set up his own YouTube channel. With the popularity of YouTube as high as it is, other high profile celebrities also have channels, including Will Smith and Reese Witherspoon. Gaming, especially, already has its share of personal channels on the platform, but some of those channels’ personalities have spent the past few years collecting controversy. Earlier this year, YouTuber Ninja got into trouble with fans after saying that he would not live stream games with women for fear of gossip. In 2017, PewDiePie came under fire after he released a series of anti-Semitic videos, which got him fired from Disney’s Maker Studios.

With Black already promising that his channel will become bigger than Ninja’s and PewDiePie’s, this announcement could be the holiday gift that YouTube gaming channel fans wanted all along. Black already has a weird and funny personality his fans respond to, but he also has a knowledge of gaming that gives him credibility on the platform. The plan is to upload a new video every week, so the first should arrive on December 28. The channel already has over 300,000 subscribers, and it’s likely that number will continue to grow.
