When thinking of television’s greatest romances, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia is not a show that would immediately come to mind. The series about the group of deranged friends who own a Philadelphia bar is more interested in exploring hate than love. The main characters in the show, while hilarious, are very unlikeable people so it’s hard to imagine that they would even find love. But while romance is not usually seen in the series, it does have some compelling relationships....

There is little doubt that Star Wars: The Force Awakens helped diversify the Star Wars movie universe. By casting John Boyega and Daisy Ridley as its two main protagonists, it not only opened new story possibilities, but also drew the ire of a small but vocal contingent of fans who like their stormtroopers white and their Jedis to have a Y chromosome. Detractors aside, the movie’s inclusiveness means the franchise now has broader appeal to more people....

J.K. Simmons isn’t sure when he’ll return as one of Batman’s greatest allies, Commissioner Gordon, in the DCEU. The Oscar winning actor joined the Warner Bros. movie universe in 2017’s Justice League. Gordon’s role in the movie was very brief. He did offer some important exposition and get to meet the Justice League, but that’s about it. Most of Simmons’ role in the crossover film appears to have been to set up future appearances in the cinematic universe....

As usual, Samsung is releasing new smartphones in the budget segment with their usual confusing line of A, F, and M series. In that way, we are getting two new smartphones this year namely the Samsung Galaxy M23 5G and Samsung Galaxy M33 5G. Both smartphones are targeting the 15K and 20K markets respectively. Well, they do feature impressive specs for the price that could deceive someone into buying them....

Apple’s got a new support doc out today and it sheds some light on what’s going on behind the scenes of iTunes LP. Firstly, to play an iTunes LP, you’ll need a 2GHz Dore 2 Duo or faster processor, so earlier model Minis and MacBooks need not apply. PowerPC? Pshaw (No). On PCs, the same requirements apply. Perhaps most interesting however, is the minimum screen requirements. Apple states that the screen resolution has to be at least 1280×800 on both Mac or PC....

Jay Ryan has been cast as the adult version of Ben Hanscom in the Stephen King horror movie sequel IT: Chapter 2.
